Malta held Estonia to a 1-1 draw in a friendly ahead of their opening World Cup qualifying campaign which begins on Sunday.
Andrew Schembri had the ball in the net but that was disallowed for offside.
Estonia went in front early in the second half, but the lead was short lived as Malta drew level minutes later as Alfred Effiong latched onto a defensive blunder to put Malta level.
Schembri almost grabbed the winner for Malta but his shot came off the post.
Malta now return home to face Scotland at Ta’Qali on Sunday in the opening game of their World Cup qualifiers.
