Foreign Affairs Minister George Vella said that Malta will not allow Russian navy ships to refuel in the island.
Russian ships including the flag-ship aircraft carrier, Admiral Kuznetsov and a battleship accompanied with a flotilla of support ships are sailing through the Mediterranean on route to a desination close to Syria.
