Malta is the first country in Europe to partner with public, private and NGO entities to give a unique experience to our children’s future educators by hosting them during their training so that they have direct work experience, which through its enhance their competencies that will ultimately be passed on to students in the classroom.
“This initiative is not only important for the teachers who will have our children in their hands, but also for our country, because Malta is the first country in Europe that is giving this opportunity for a microplacement experience as part of the training of educators ”, explained the Minister of Education Justyne Caruana during a meeting with the contributors as well as with the future teachers.
