Quick action by police led to the arrest of a 36-year-old woman shortly after she allegedly committed a burglary at a residence in Gżira.
On Saturday morning, police were informed that a person had entered an apartment in Triq Giacint Tua, armed with a knife. After stealing various items, the suspect fled the scene.
The police immediately launched a search for the alleged thief, who was located shortly afterwards.
