Opposition Leader Bernard Grech said the result of the European Parliament election showed that the people were ready for an alternative government.
Speaking on Net TV, he said a PN government would offer liberty, quality and justice.
He said his aim had been to win back the third seat. That had been achieved by greatly reducing the Labour majority.
Now, the next step is a PN government.
