Inquiry evidence against him is conjecture says former pm Joseph Muscat

Due to appear in court today on corruption, money laundering and and bribery charges, former prime minister Joseph Muscat said magisterial inquiry has found no evidence against him except conjecture.

In a video posted on Facebook, he said the Magistrate leading the inquiry had spent €11 million, did not find one piece of evidence except for €60,000 in transactions for work which he did and which he declared.

Joseph Muscat said the charges against him are based on hearsay and that no trace of millions that he is alleged to have taken has ever been found.
