An 83-year-old woman from Zurrieq suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car in Dun Đużepp Street Zammit, Żurrieq.
Police said the accident happened at 8.30am on Thursday.
The injured woman was treated at the scene by a medical team before being taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
