Contessa emerges from The Phoenicia Malta’s cherished Phoenix Restaurant, reborn
into a year-round gastronomic destination that promises a symphony of flavours for
both locals and international guests, elevated by tableside theatre and beguiling
signature dishes. With its doors now open, Contessa invites diners to revel in the beauty
of its surroundings, whether under the azure Maltese sky or the starlit nights or within
the beautiful internal dining room that have become a signature experience of Phoenicia
