A fourth aid convoy entered Gaza from Egypt on Tuesday evening but there have been calls for the amount of aid getting into Gaza to be ramped up.
The United States has called on Israel to delay its planned invasion of Gaza to allow more medical supplies and food into the Gaza as well as more time for hostage negotiations to continue.
Russia, on the same side as the US for once, has also called for a halt to fighting to allow more humanitarian aid into the region.
