An elderly man and his wife were found dead in Marsa this morning.
Police have detained a man believed to have killed them.
According to reports, officers were called to Triq it-Tiġrija at 9.30 on Sunday morning. Early reports suggest that an argument took place between the victims and the suspect, thought to be a migrant. The elderly couple appear to have died from stab wounds.
Police investigations are continuing.
