Air Malta is expected to get a new lease of life from tomorrow when the government replaces the airline with a new national carrier due to financial restrictions and the European Commission’s rejection of financial aid.
Details about the new airline, including its name, livery, and business model, will be announced on Monday October 2nd.
Further details will be provided during a news conference by Finance Minister Clyde Caruana on Monday.
