A man sustained serious injuries after falling from the roof of a one storey building in field in Triq Wied iż-Żurrieq, Qrendi.
Members of the Civil Protection were called to the scene before the injured man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
The accident happened on Saturday afternoon at around 1pm.
