A 77-year-old man died when a car on which he was working fell on top of him.
The accident happened in a garage in Triq Raymond Caruana, Gudja, at 12.30pm today.
Members from the Department of Civil Protection along with a medical team went immediately to the scene but unfortunately the man was certified dead a short time later.
