On Friday night, the Malta Rescue Coordination Centre received a call from a police officer, reporting that two people had fallen off a cliff at Għar Tuta, limits of Paradise Bay.
RCC Malta immediately directed Armed Forces of Malta crews to the area and successfully rescued the casualties.
Both casualties were not cooperating with the AFM helicopter crew, and were taken to AFM’s Air Wing Base. They were handed over to Malta Police Force personnel and a medical team from Mater Dei.
