Earlier today, the Police assisted by Detention Services officers, continued with the inspections in connection with irregular immigration and found 28 migrants living illegally in Malta.
The inspections were carried out at several bus stops in the area of Marsa and Hamrun. The migrants, from Ghana, Gambia, Afghanistan and Indonesia, were taken in a Detention Center where the process began to deport them.
