In Singapore, the Minister for the Interior, Security, Reforms and Equality Byron Camilleri held a meeting with the second Minister for the Interior of Singapore, Josephine Teo.
During this meeting several themes of common interest between the two countries were discussed. Among these, there was border control and Civil Protection, where the systems with which the two respective countries work were explained.
The subject of regular immigration, among other subjects, was discussed during this meeting with an emphasis on the use of technology and the training of workers working in this field. In fact, both parties agreed that there would be more cooperation between the two countries.
Minister Byron Camilleri was accompanied by the Permanent Secretary, Emmanuel Psaila.
