Shortly after the Degiorgio brothers were each sentenced to 40 years in jail for the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia, Prime Minister Robert Abela said, “this is an important step towards Justice in this case which is a black mark in the history of the country”.
He said three three people have now been found guilty and imprisoned while three others are waiting trial.
