The Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri announced that after the success of the first three editions, the Gozo Film Festival will be staged again in the Cittadella in Rabat, Gozo. He said that this event, staged with the help of the Directorate for Cultural Heritage within the Ministry for Gozo, is spread over three days in order to promote cinematographic talents both local and foreign.
Clint Camilleri stated that “The Gzo Film Festival has become an event sought after by many, especially those who are fond of films, especially those made locally in Malta and Gozo. It is another event that has taken its place with the cultural activities that are staged every year and attract many people.”
The organizer of the film festival Federico Chini explained that this festival will include several interesting activities and apart from the screening of films, there will be, among others, workshops on film production and events for children. Entry is free of charge.
Minister Camilleri encouraged everyone who has a passion for films to attend this festival and wished that, like previous years, the Gozo Film Festival would be successful again.
