Melita statement on service prices

Further to various media reports and public statements published regarding the price increases announced by telecoms companies on 1 July 2022, Melita would like to make the following clarifications to ensure the public is aware of the correct facts.

Yesterday Melita temporarily reduced its prices to their pre-July level.
The price increase which applied in July will be refunded.
Customers currently paying by Direct Debit or pre-authorised credit card will see no
difference in their prices and will continue to benefit from the Direct Debit discount.
These actions are in line with all other telecommunications operators in Malta.
