The President of Ireland, Michael D Higgins, will arrive in Malta on Wednesday at the start of a three day State Visit.
He will meet with President George Vella, Prime Minister Robert Abela, Speaker of the House, Anglu Farrugia and Opposition Leader Bernard Grech.
President Higgins will visit St John’s Co-Cathedral and the Upper Barrakka Gardens and the Hagar Qim Temples in Qrendi before flying back to Ireland on Saturday.
