Minister for the Economy, EU Funds and Lands Silvio Schembri is the first minister to have invited to his office five Nationalist Party shadow cabinet ministers.
Minister Schembri, together with Parliamentary Secretary Chris Bonett, welcomed Ivan J Bartolo, Robert Cutajar, Rebekah Cilia, Ivan Castillo and Bernice Bonello to his Valletta office where they discussed the roles that mirror his portfolio, from Economy, to EU funds and Lands.
