Two men were arrested after an armed robbery on a vegetable vendor in Qormi.
The robbery happened in Triq l-Ewwel Titjira 1915 at around 2pm on Friday afternoon.
The men fled the scene in a car and following a search by District police, officials from the Rapid Intervention Unit and officials from the Major Crimes Unit they were later spotted in Triq il-Mitħna, Ħal Qormi.
Officers apprehended the men and a search of their car uncovered a number of packets of heroin.
