Police carried out a search of the home of former prime minister Joseph Muscat on Wednesday morning as part of a corruption probe into the Vitals Global Healthcare hospitals deal.
Among items seized were mobile phones belonging to ‘himself and his wife and his daughters.
On-line news site Lovinmalta.com reports that Opposition Leader Bernard Grech claimed the police raid was instigated by Prime Minister Robert Abela in order to humiliate Joseph Muscat.
