The Office of the President announces that the President of Malta and Ms. Vella have learned that a person they had contact with last Monday tested positive for Covid-19. In these circumstances, today they performed a swab test which was negative but decided to do self-isolation as a precautionary measure. Arrangements have been made for the official appointments of the President to be rescheduled or otherwise.
