A worker died after getting trapped between a cherry picker and the ceiling of a fuel facility at Hal-Saptan near Ghaxaq.
It is thought he was carrying out maintenance work at the time.
OHSA, the Occupational Health and Safety Authority issued a statement saying;
“OHSA has started its investigations into the cause of the fatal accident. As the investigation is still ongoing, OHSA is not in a position to make other comments at this time.”
