Former Energy and Tourism Minister Konrad Mizzi is expected to attend the Public Accounts Committee hearing today having previously failed to appear before the PAC.
Konrad Mizzi resigned in 2018 over allegations of kick-backs from 17 Black, a company allegedly run by Yorgen Fenech, the man charged with being the mastermind behind the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia. Mizzi has denied all such allegations.
