A 35-year-old Italian man who lives in Sliema was seriously injured after being involved in a hit and run accident in Sliema.
According to police, the man was riding an e-scooter when he was hit by a motorbike rider who failed to stop.
The accident happened in Manuel Dimech Street in St Julian’s at 10.30 on Sunday night.
The injured man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
