These were the words with which the Prime Minister Robert Abela described a new scheme through which people with medical conditions can now qualify for a health insurance policy and which leads to obtaining loans from banks to buy property.
This initiative was announced by the Prime Minister during a press conference in Castile together with the Minister for Social Housing Roderick Galdes.
He explained that the Government, after hearing various experiences, in the face of this unfair situation could not remain silent and after aggressive work a solution was found that avoided conflict and competition with the private market.
