During a press conference on Wednesday morning to announce a new scheme to better enable people with disabilities to become home owners, Prime Minister Robert Abela was frequently asked about when the next general election would be held.
The Prime Minister would not be drawn on giving away such a date, simply saying his government was totally focused on the forthcoming October Budget and that a general election would be called when it was in the national interest.
