Holland and Denmark lift travel restrictions to Malta as UK warns against expanding Green List

Denmark has announced it is lifting travel restrictions to Malta meaning that tourists can visit Malta, with no quarantine or isolation requirement upon their return.

Holland has also declared that Malta is no longer classed as a Covid-19 risk country.

That should be good news for the hospitality industry but celebrations are expected to be muted with the news from London where Boris Johnson announced that the UK’s Green Travel list would only expand very slowly. He said expansion was unlikely as the UK wanted to keep the number of Covid-19 cases low.
