A 38-year-old man living in Marsa was arrested after being caught with a quantity of drugs, ready for trafficking.
He was arrested in Triq it-Tiġrija, Marsa, after police officers found him to be carrying 70 sachets of a substance believed to be cannabis and 8 sachets believed to be heroin.
