Cabinet Minister Carmelo Abela has filed a libel case against Opposition MP Jason Azzopardi after the Nationalist MP in a Facebook post alleged that Abela was the “mastermind” of the robbery and was promised €300,000 from a robbery at a HSBC bank in 2010.
Minister Abela has strongly denied the allegations calling them malicious lies.
