Two people were taken to Mater Dei Hospital following a collision between two cars in Mosta.
The cars involved were a BMW driven by a 32-year-old male from Mosta and a Peugeot driven by a 35-year-old man from Birkirkara.
A 33-year-old woman from Cospicua, a passenger in the Peugeot, was seriously injured.
A young boy, also in the Peugeot, was not injured in the collision.
The accident happened in Valletta Road in Mosta at around 9.20pm on Sunday.
