Four second half goals were just reward for a dominant display by title contender Hibernians against improving Gudja
Hibs created chances in the first half but failed to find the net. That changed after the break.
Dunstan Vella began the goal spree just after the restart.after being set up by Degabriele.Minutes later Jake Grech scored from the penalty spot to double Hibs lead.
It was virtually one way traffic and a third goal just past the hour just about wrapped up the game, Degabriele slotting past a despairing keeper.
Hibernians still had time to extend their lead further and a fourth goal arrived when Degabriele netted his second with five minutes to go. There was time for a consolation goal for Gudja when Elton da Silva fired past Calleja Cremona. The outcome was never in doubt and Hibernians thoroughly deserved their win as they moved top of the BOV Premiership.
