Police from the Arsons Unit within the Major Crimes Squad, together with the Żejtun District are have launched an investigation after a number of cars were burnt out in Gudja.
A total of 18 cars were destroyed by fire, while others suffered some damage.
The incident happened at around 5.45pm on Sunday afternoon.
At around 5.45pm, the police were asked to assist in Triq Dawret il-Gudja. How
arrived at the scene and found a number of vehicles in a bonfire.
No one was injured in the incident.
