The Ministry of Health has confirmed that three elderly people died after testing positive for Covid-19.
In the first case, a 79-year-old man, who was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on November 30, died yesterday at Mater Dei Hospital.
In the second case, a 90-year-old woman, who was tested positive for Covid-19 on December 3, died yesterday at Mater Dei Hospital.
In the third case, a 75-year-old woman, who tested positive for Covid-19 on November 11, died earlier today at Mater Dei Hospital.
The Ministry of Health, while offering its condolences to the relatives of the elderly, calls for everyone to remain vigilant and follow preventive measures even during these holidays.
