Former Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will be among thirteen new cardinals created by Pope Francis today.
The ceremony will take place at the Vatican on the eve of the first Sunday of Advent.

The ceremony is set to start at 4pm and will be transmitted live on TVM 2. A special programme will start one hour before.
