From Sunday, November 29, the free flu vaccination service will continue to be provided by health centers around Malta and Gozo.
For the first week, from Sunday 29 November to Sunday 6 December, priority will be given to people over 55, children aged 3 to 5 (both ages included) and persons who are certified to suffer from a chronic illness.
All health centers will be open from 8am to 7pm from Sunday onwards.
Children between 3 and 5 years old, and children up to 9 years old suffering from chronic diseases can receive the vaccine from the health centers of Mosta, Floriana, Paola and Gozo between 8am and 7pm. .
It is important that everyone who goes to get the flu vaccine carries the identification card, and in the case of people with chronic illnesses a yellow card or doctor’s certificate must be presented showing the medical condition of the person.
The vaccine will be available to the general public from Monday, December 7.
