The Ministry of Health has confirmed that three elderly people died while being positive for Covid-19.
In the first case, an 80-year-old man, who was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on November 9, died yesterday at Mater Dei Hospital.
In the second case, an 82-year-old woman, who tested positive for Covid-19 on November 9, died earlier today at Mater Dei Hospital.
In the third case, a 70-year-old man, who was confirmed positive on November 6, died earlier today at Mater Dei Hospital.
The Ministry of Health, while offering its condolences to the families of the elderly, calls on everyone to follow preventive measures, thus safeguarding the most vulnerable in our society.
