The Ministry of Health has confirmed that a 73-year-old man, was suffering from another chronic illness, died earlier today after testing positive for Covid-19.
The man tested positive for Covid-19 on October 10 and was admitted to Mater Dei hospital on October 18.
The Ministry of Health, while offering its condolences to the relatives of the elderly, calls on the people to continue to follow the appeals of the Department of Health, including frequent hand washing, keeping the physical distance, and the use of the mask everywhere.
