The Ministry of Health said that a 67-year-old man died after testing positive for Covid-19.
The man who had other health issues, was admitted to Mater Dei Hospital on September 28 and was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on October 1. He continued to be treated at Mater Dei Hospital where he died earlier today.
The Ministry of Health, while offering condolences to the relatives of the elderly, calls on the people to continue to follow the appeals of the Department of Health, including frequent hand washing, id social distance and mask use.
