Speaking in Parliament Prime Minister Robert Abela said that a major shortcoming of the MoneyVal report is the practice adopted by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue when instead of starting criminal proceedings against the taxpayer, the Court enters into an agreement with them on payments.
This is the same kind of agreement that Nationalist Leader Bernard Grech enjoyed he said.
