Prime Minister Robert Abela and European Council President Charles Michel discussed immigration and the problems it brings.
Robert Abela said that Malta is full and cannot handle these challenges alone.
He insisted that the European Union must act as a single bloc to support transit countries, increase returns and boost relocation.
