Mr. Svetlick Flores has been appointed Chief Executive of the Local Enforcement Agency, LESA. This appointment is being made after a competitive process has ended.
Mr Flores has a long experience in the local enforcement sector where he has already served as director of the same agency and over the years has also worked in the local government sector where he has also served as executive secretary of a number of local councils. He holds a Masters (MBA) degree in administration and is also qualified in management and public administration.
In his first comments Mr Flores reiterated that he is very keen to bring about the necessary changes in the role entrusted to him.
“I look forward to working to lead this agency to make it one that best meets the needs of our communities, where the community officer truly serves this role and builds the trust of the people. In recent years we have improved the conditions and strengthened the training, now we want to make the agency more attractive even for those who are looking for a career “, said Mr Flores.
