Justyne Caruana has been appointed Minister of Education as Prime Minister Robert Abela makes his first cabinet reshuffle, Maltatoday reports.
Justyne Caruana, a former Minister for Gozo, resigned at the beginning of the year following revelations that her husband Silvio Valletta, a former police commissioner, had travelled to the UK with Yorgen Fenech.
