Agriculture Minister Anton Refalo together with Education Minister Owen Bonnici launched a competition as part of the World Fisheries Day celebrations called ‘Fishing for Recipes’.
The main aim of this competition is to make children and young people more aware of local fish species and traditional fish recipes, to promote the consumption of local and sustainable fish species. as well as to gain more knowledge about the gastronomy of the Maltese Islands.
