President Donald Trump has admitted for the first time that Joe Biden “won” the presidential election but he still will not concede to his Democrat rival.
Writing on social media Donald Trump said in a tweet: “He won because the election was rigged.
Biden collected 306 electoral votes, vastly surpassing the required 270 to win, outstripping Trump who picked up 232 votes.
