A 91-year-old man died after contracting Covid-19 health authorities report.
The elderly man who had other health issues was admitted to Mater Dei Hospital on October 16 and was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on the same day. He continued to be treated at Mater Dei Hospital where he died earlier today.
The Ministry of Health, while offering condolences to the relatives of the elderly, calls on the people to continue to follow the appeals of the Department of Health, including frequent hand washing, id the physical distance and the use of the mask everywhere.
