Government making a difference in Birzebbuga: PM

Prime Minister Robert Abela said the government is making a difference to the lives of people living in Birzebbuga.

He was speaking at a party gathering in the town where the government is investing 12 million euros in upgrading the promenade, the health centre, a heated pool for water polo tathletes and the civic centre.

The Prime Minister announced an extension to the Bengħajsa family park and open space. He also announced that Bengħajsa Fort will be returned to the people after a prolonged period when it was illegally occupied.

Robert Abela also spoke of the way the government looked after the people by introducing the biggest tax cut ever in Malta’s history, putting more money in the pockets of the people.
