The BOV Premier League will kick-off a week later than planned after a request by clubs who have had their training sessions disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Executive Committee of the Malta Football Association approved the updated COVID-19 health and operational protocol for the 2020/21 BOV Premier League and BOV Challenge League.
The BOV Premier League is now set to kick off on the weekend of September 19-21, 2020, a week later than originally scheduled, and the BOV Challenge League is due to commence the following weekend – September 25-27.
